Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our church?

Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and can add your church, diocese, or property insurer as an additional insured. The certificate is delivered within 48 hours of booking — before your trustees even ask.

Do we need volunteers to supervise the inflatables?

Not with our event packages — trained Jump City attendants manage the units, enforce safety rules, and handle any issues, so your volunteers can serve where they're actually needed.

Can you set up a full VBS week?

Yes — multi-day rentals are available right in checkout, so one setup can cover your whole VBS week. Call us for multi-day rates and we'll plan the week with your kids-ministry team.

Can inflatables go inside our gym or fellowship hall?

Yes — many of our units are indoor-friendly. Tell us your ceiling height and door dimensions when you book and we'll match units that fit and anchor safely without damaging floors. Winter family nights are one of our favorite church requests.

What do you need from the church to set up?

Access to standard 110V outlets within 100 feet of each unit, a reasonably flat setup area, and confirmed setup/teardown times around your service schedule. No power on the lawn? We can bring generators for an additional cost.

What happens if it rains on our event?

If severe weather makes setup unsafe, we reschedule at no additional charge. If the event is canceled entirely, deposits are fully refundable or transferable to a future date. Minnesota weather doesn't get a vote on your ministry budget.

Is delivery really included?

Yes — all pricing includes delivery, setup, and pick-up/tear-down. Delivery is free on orders over $175 across the Twin Cities metro ($300 in the St. Cloud area); extra fees may apply farther outside our service area.
