Planning a public event involves logistics, permits, and coordination. Here's what you need to know about partnering with Jump City.
Do you provide certificate of insurance for event permits? ▼
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and can add your city, park district, or organization as an additional insured for the event. We'll provide a certificate within 48 hours of booking.
How far in advance should we book for a public event? ▼
For large festivals and multi-day events, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. Popular summer weekends fill up quickly. If you're inside 30 days, call us directly — we may still have availability.
Do you provide staff to monitor the inflatables during the event? ▼
Yes. All public event packages include on-site attendants who manage the units, enforce safety rules, and handle any operational issues. You won't need to assign your own volunteers to watch the inflatables.
What happens if weather forces a cancellation? ▼
If severe weather (lightning, high winds, or heavy rain) makes setup unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. If the event is canceled entirely, deposits are fully refundable or transferable to a future date.
Can you handle multiple inflatables at different zones in the park? ▼
Absolutely. We've set up across multiple zones at parks like Boom Island and Andover. We coordinate with your event map, work around vendor placement, and ensure proper spacing for safety and foot traffic.
What do you need from us to prepare for the event? ▼
We'll need access to power (110V outlets within 100 feet), a relatively flat setup area, and confirmation of setup/teardown times. If your park doesn't have power access, we can bring generators at an additional cost.
