Yes! For large festivals and community events, we provide trained attendants to monitor inflatables, assist guests, and ensure safe play. Attendant services are available as an add-on to any rental package.

Light rain is usually fine—many of our inflatables can operate in wet conditions. If severe weather (lightning, heavy storms, or high winds) makes setup unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future rental. Your safety is always our top priority.

As early as possible! Popular festival dates book up fast, especially during summer. We recommend reserving at least 4–6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred inflatables and party equipment.
