Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court Minnesota and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Jump City and its affiliates and hold Jump City harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Jump City is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Jump City reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Jump City and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

1.This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 763-373-3774. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  2. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to sales@jumpcityinflatablerentals.com
  3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  4. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
    Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Welcome to Jump City Inflatable Rentals (“Jump City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Please review them carefully—our goal is to make everything transparent and simple, so your event planning stays stress-free.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery.
  • We accept major credit cards and may accept other forms of payment upon request.
  • Orders under $200 may be subject to a small-order fee or limited delivery range.

2. Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but we offer rain checks valid for up to one year if cancellation is due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, we’ll issue a full credit toward a future rental.
  • In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, etc.), Jump City reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel delivery.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • We offer free delivery within 25 miles of Minneapolis on orders that meet the minimum value.
  • Delivery is typically the day before your event, with pickup the day after, at no additional cost.
  • Setup and takedown are handled by our trained team. A responsible adult must be present during setup.
  • Clear access and a clean setup location are required. We reserve the right to decline setup if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

4. Equipment Use

  • All inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or silly string inside or near inflatables.
  • If our equipment is damaged due to negligence, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

5. Safety & Cleanliness Guarantee

We take safety and cleanliness seriously—because your peace of mind matters.

  • All units are sanitized between every rental using hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • We stand by our promise: If it’s not clean or it’s not on time, it’s FREE.
  • We reserve the right to refuse setup or require early takedown if we believe continued use would pose a risk to participants or equipment.

6. Liability Waiver

  • You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all participants during the event.
  • Jump City is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during equipment use unless caused by our gross negligence.
  • You agree to hold harmless Jump City, its employees, and representatives from any claims related to your rental.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect only the information needed to process and manage your order.
  • We will never sell or share your data without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
