Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and can name your company, venue, office park, or property manager as an additional insured. The certificate is delivered within 48 hours of booking, usually same week your facilities team asks.

Are the inflatables actually built for adults?

Yes. Our commercial-grade lineup includes obstacle courses, interactive games, and challenges rated for teen and adult competition, built with reinforced seams, extra anchoring, and backup blowers. Department versus department is not just allowed; it is the point.

Do our employees have to run the equipment?

No. Event packages include trained attendants who manage setup, monitor play, enforce safety rules, and handle teardown. Nobody on your team spends appreciation day working it; everyone plays.

Can you set up on our office parking lot?

Yes. Campus lots are one of our most common appreciation day sites: anchoring planned for pavement, power run from the building (generators available where cords cannot reach), and spacing planned around parking, walkways, and fire lanes.

Can we run a weekday or half-day event?

Absolutely. Appreciation days often land on a Friday afternoon or a weekday lunch window, and we confirm setup and teardown around your workday so the lot is back to normal by the next morning.

How do concessions work alongside our caterer?

Side by side. The popcorn, cotton candy, and sno-cone machines rent at a flat rate, our attendants run them, and they share a serving line with whatever your caterer brings. The smell handles the marketing.

How far ahead should we book an appreciation event?
