Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for longer travel areas. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Check our Service Area to see the delivery rate for your city.
Do we have to keep the blower plugged in the whole time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What if we need to cancel our obstacle course rental?
What kinds of surfaces can you set up the obstacle course?
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Setting up in grass is preferred and free of charge. Setting up on pavement, concrete, turf or indoor requires additional set up items as in sandbags, tarps etc. These charged will be added when you choose your surface setup option. Sorry, we can’t set up on sand or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units.
Please check the setup area of the unit you are choosing to be sure it will fit in the space you have available.
Do you deliver your obstacle courses to park events? How do we get electricity?
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
