Yes. If your festival or event location doesn’t have accessible electrical outlets, we offer generator rentals. Our commercial-grade generators are quiet, reliable, and powerful enough to run multiple inflatables simultaneously. Just let us know during booking that you’ll need generator service, and we’ll include it in your package. We’ll deliver, fuel, and maintain the generator throughout your event.

Attendant service is available and highly recommended for large public events, festivals, and school functions. Our trained attendants monitor the inflatables, enforce safety rules, manage entry and exit, and ensure kids are playing appropriately. For private backyard parties, attendants are optional — most families supervise their own guests. Just let us know your preference when you book.

Most of our inflatables can handle light rain and continue operating safely. However, in cases of heavy rain, lightning, or high winds, we may need to deflate units for safety. If severe weather forces cancellation, we offer flexible rescheduling options or rain-date clauses in our contracts. We monitor weather forecasts closely and communicate proactively with clients. We recommend reserving at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to guarantee equipment availability. If you’re booking during peak summer season (May through August), even earlier is better.
