Jump City's Cancellation Policy
Canceling because of bad weather? There is no penalty to cancel as long as it is 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Your deposit will either be returned to you in full or you can keep it as a credit with Jump City to reuse within 1 year.
When canceling your reservation with Jump City because of bad weather there must be a 60% chance or greater of rain in the city of the scheduled event using the website openweathermap.org - If weather does turn bad during the course of your rental for example, If winds exceed 20 MPH, lighting occurs or if it is raining everyone must exit the inflatable and wait until the weather passes. Once the bad weather has passed use towels to wipe down the inflatable and blower before turning it on. Once you turn it on continue to wipe the inside of the inflatable as the surface is super slippery. In the event you cancel the 24 hours prior to your event and then wake up on the party day morning and weather looks great you can give Jump City a call to reschedule your inflatable. Since routes are created and trailers are loaded the day prior we will do our best to get your inflatable to you on time and will make sure to keep you up to date on our ETA.
If you need to cancel your event for any reason besides weather we still require a 24 hour notice before delivery. If you cancel at 24 hours or more your $100 deposit will be held as a credit with Jump City for 1 year (365 Days). If you cancel with 24 hours due to the work put in for your order as in loading trucks and scheduling delivery routes your deposit will either be forfeited or we will continue to delivery your order.
