RAIN POLICY: If weather looks bad on your party date there is no fee to cancel as long as it is 24 hours away from your party time. Your deposit will then be a credit with Jump City to use for 1 year. If it is within 24 hours you can still cancel but your deposit will be forfeited as we have our routes arranged the day before delivery.

In the event you cancel the 24 hours prior to your event and then wake up on the party day morning and weather looks great you can give Jump City a call to reschedule your tent rental. Since routes and trailers are loaded the day prior we will do our best to get your tent to you on time and will make sure to keep you up to date on our ETA.
