Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our church?

Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and can add your church, diocese, or property insurer as an additional insured. The certificate is delivered within 48 hours of booking — before day one of your week.

Do our volunteers or teen helpers have to run the inflatables?

Not with our event packages — trained Jump City attendants manage the units, enforce safety rules, and handle any issues. Crew leaders stay with their crews, and teen helpers get to be helpers, not equipment monitors.

Can we rent inflatables for the entire VBS week?

Yes — multi-day rentals are available right in checkout, which is exactly what a five-day VBS needs: one delivery on Monday, one pickup after Friday. Call us for multi-day rates and we'll plan the week with your kids-ministry team.

What happens to the units overnight between VBS days?

We plan that with you when you book — depending on your site and units, that can mean securing them on-site between mornings. Tell us your space and schedule and we'll set the overnight arrangement before the week starts.

What do we need for a water-day finale?

Standard 110V outlets within 100 feet of each unit, plus outdoor water access for the water slides — we'll confirm hose runs and placement when we plan your layout. No power on the lawn? Generators are available at additional cost.

Can you match our VBS theme?

Tell us your theme when you book — tropical and island-style slides are in the fleet, and we'll match the closest units so the inflatables feel like part of the set, not a bolt-on.

How far ahead should we book a VBS week?

VBS lands in June and July — peak slide season — so book 3–6 months ahead, ideally by late winter. Inside 30 days? Call (763) 355-1023; we may still have availability.
